It's What's New
It's What's New
Employers and job seekers are going to encounter a whole new experience in the hiring process! "Individuals seeking jobs will want to register with CareerGetter.com for its simplicity -- and its complexity", says Dennis Peek with a confident smile. The website right now is still under construction but plans to be launching in the next few weeks.
"I want to make the job finding process easier for individuals as well as save American companies money in the hiring process!"
And doing that is just what Peek set out to do. The platform will boast video introductions accompanied with typed resumes giving employers a better feel for potential candidates. It will also save the employer time in finding the right candidate for specific job positions. Employers will also have the option of conducting interviews online or in-person -- speeding up the hiring process up to a few days versus a few months!
Peek's idea has been in development for a little over 6 months, but the vision occurred with the explosions of Monster.com and companies alike. Peek felt that they were always missing something even though these were some of the most reputable job search engines. His goal is to be better.
"I figure with a web conference-like platform -- you could conduct live interviews as well as first meetings and all that stuff that goes with hiring a person. At any rate, employers could figure out if they even liked a candidate or not. If they do like them, then they could schedule an online face-to-face interview with them. Otherwise, just invite them to come in for the interview. Either way; it still saves the job seeker money in gas if he doesn't have to drive to the job site and still doesn't get the job."
The CareerGetter.com platform will resolve the unnecessary trips to what might have been pointless job interviews. This also allows for the employer to make an informed decision about who they want to grant a second (or possibly third) interview. They have a clear visual on who to expect; or at the very least who they're meeting or hiring. It also gives him/her the flexibility to handle more things around the office simultaneously.
The job search industry will be revolutionized after CareerGetter.com. This is a website that will give employers the capability of pre-establishing relationships with potential job candidates. It also gives job candidates the option of almost knowing if they even want to accept a position with a company or not. CareerGetter.com is a win-win situation for all!
